18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

ClipVault is in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 record-keeping requirements. All records required to be maintained under these provisions are kept by the custodian of records at the address below.

Content Producers

ClipVault operates as a platform where third-party content creators upload and sell their own content. Each content creator ("producer") is individually responsible for maintaining their own 2257 compliance records for the content they produce and upload.

As a condition of using the Platform, all creators are required to:

• Upload valid consent forms (model releases) with government-issued photo ID verification for all individuals appearing in their content
• Certify that all performers are at least 18 years of age at the time of production
• Maintain their own 2257 records as an individual producer
• Provide these records upon request for platform verification

Platform Verification Process

Before any content is published on ClipVault, the following verification steps are required:

1. Creator uploads consent forms for all individuals appearing in the content
2. Platform admin reviews consent forms for completeness and validity
3. Age verification documents are cross-referenced
4. Content is approved or rejected based on compliance review
5. All records are securely stored with restricted access

Content will not be published until consent forms are reviewed and approved by our compliance team.

Record Retention

All 2257 compliance records are retained for the lifetime of the content on the Platform, plus a minimum of five (5) years after the content is removed or the creator's account is terminated, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

Exemptions

Certain content on this website may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements pursuant to 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c). Specifically, content that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct (as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2256) is exempt from these requirements.

Reporting

If you believe any content on this platform violates 2257 requirements or involves individuals under the age of 18, please report it immediately to compliance@clipsvault.io and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We take all such reports extremely seriously and will investigate immediately.
