1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClipVault ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You must also be legally permitted to view and/or create adult content in your jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where adult content is prohibited are not permitted to use this Platform.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Creator accounts require additional verification including identity verification and consent form uploads for all individuals appearing in content, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements.

4. Content Guidelines

The following content is strictly prohibited on ClipVault:

• Any content involving or appearing to involve individuals under 18 years of age
• Non-consensual content or depictions of non-consent
• Extreme violence, gore, or torture
• Bestiality or zoophilia
• Content that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws
• Content uploaded without valid consent forms for all participants

Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate content removal, account suspension, and potential reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

5. Payments & Fees

All transactions on ClipVault are conducted exclusively through cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies). ClipVault charges zero platform commission on content sales. The only fees incurred are the cryptocurrency network/transaction fees inherent to the blockchain, which are not controlled by ClipVault.

Prices are set by creators in USD equivalent and converted to the applicable cryptocurrency at the time of purchase. ClipVault is not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations.

6. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on ClipVault, you agree to:

• Upload valid consent forms (model releases) for all individuals in your content
• Maintain compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 record-keeping requirements
• Only upload content you have the legal right to distribute
• Not use the Platform to solicit illegal services
• Provide accurate wallet addresses for receiving payments

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of their content. By uploading content, you grant ClipVault a limited, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. This license terminates when you remove your content from the Platform, subject to any legal retention requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClipVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
